The primary school curriculum provides pupils with an introduction to the essential knowledge that they need to be educated citizens. It introduces pupils to the best that has been thought and said; and helps engender an appreciation of human creativity and achievement.

As a primary school teacher your role is to bring the curriculum alive for your pupils and support their wider development in these formative years.

Our one-year, research-led training will give you hands-on experience and allows you to train to teach in a school near you.

In school, you will spend time with expert teachers, observing lessons and learning how to teach and plan lessons, and practise your own teaching. You will work closely with highly skilled, knowledgeable mentors, who will also receive support and training from Pioneers Partnership.
Your weekly training day is designed and sequenced to ensure you are focused on the areas of teaching that are most relevant to that point in the year. The training will include a mixture of online and face-to-face elements.
